Why are these charges unsubstantiated?
- •Boiler Repairs: We don't have a boiler.
- •Door Maintenance: The door broke on Aug 4, 2025 and hasn't been fixed.
- •Management Fee: We aren't paying management fees due to their inability to manage a complaint since Aug 4, 2025.
- •Electric Power Points: Charged at £5.13 per unit per month (£75.00 total for 15 units) for communal electric power points, where the only conceivable usage would be a vacuum cleaner. This charge is distinct from the separate £6.56 per unit charge for Landlord's Electricity.
- •Fire Servicing: Fire door broken since March 2025, raising serious questions about fire safety maintenance.
- •Risk Assessments: Risk assessment charges while fire door remains broken since March 2025.
