STEP 1: IMMEDIATE ACTION

Right to Manage (RTM)

Under the 2002 Reform Act, if 50% of us agree, we form a resident-run RTM Company and legally strip Southern Housing of their management contract.

  • No buyout cost to the landlord

STEP 2: THE ENDGAME (2026/27)

Commonhold Conversion

Once the pending Leasehold & Commonhold Reform Bill passes, we upgrade from managing the building to owning it outright.

  • Abolish leasehold completely
  • Purchase freehold at near-zero cost (£0 ground rent)
  • No more lease decay affecting property value
  • Permanent resident control

Are you a Shared Owner?

You might have been told in the past you don't have rights. As of March 2025, that is no longer true. Thanks to the Leasehold Reform Act 2024, shared owners now have 100% equal voting rights for Right to Manage.

Your signature counts exactly the same as a 100% owner.
