The Data Room
Total transparency. All documentation, notices, and financial estimates regarding Southern Housing's management of Odyssey House.
Our primary grievance as a collective is the complete lack of financial and operational transparency. We are handed estimates and multi-million-pound notices with no granular breakdown, no competitive tender evidence, and no real accountability.
This Data Room is our open-source response. Here, you will find every piece of documentation we have legally requested and compiled regarding our building.

Why RTM Matters Here
Under Right to Manage, Southern Housing is legally required to hand over the entire unspent balance of this Reserve Fund to our newly formed resident-run RTM Company. We take back our savings.
